Joel Myers Jr Races Ahead to Another Weekend With High Limit Racing
PETERSEN MEDIA: Debuting a new paint scheme and a partnership with Graham Rahal Performance last week in Las Vegas, NV, Joel Myers Jr looks to put a tough weekend on track behind him as he readies to take on the series in Arizona this weekend.
“First off, it was really cool to unveil our new car and show off your partnership with Graham Rahal Performance and Gary Tennyson Motorsports,” Joel Myers Jr said. “The feedback on our car and the partnership was really cool, and I am hoping we can have a little better weekend for them in AZ this week.”
Racing into two of the three feature events with the Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing Series, Joel Myers Jr picked up finishes of 20th and 16th, with an outlier being an eighth place run in Thursday night’s “B” Main.
“We had some issues that we were fighting, and we got better over the weekend, but we are going to work this week to get right for AZ,” Joel Myers Jr said. “With the High Limit Series, you have to be so good each time you hit the track, so we have a few things we will get cleaned up.”
“I am extremely thankful to have the opportunity to run these first couple of weeks with High Limit Racing out west, and I am really appreciative of all the support we have to make this happen.”
