Beilman Motorsports Names Jett Yantis as Team’s Primary Driver
Los Angeles, CA: Beilman Motorsports has named Bakersfield, CA native Jett Yantis as its primary driver, adding one of the nation’s top young drivers as the team continues to expand its presence in Winged Sprint Car Racing. Yantis will drive the Dave.com No. 31 Winged Sprint Car while also competing in select Midget events for the team.
“Motorsports have always been a passion of mine, and this is the right time for me to focus more of my energy on taking Beilman Motorsports to the next level as an owner,” Kyle Beilman, Owner of Beilman Motorsports said. “Jett is a talented young driver who is ready for the next step, and we believe our program can provide the opportunities, support, and equipment to get him there.”
Yantis is set to make his Beilman Motorsports debut this Saturday, July 25th, in the team’s Midget at Santa Maria Speedway, and will then return to the track when Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing makes their appearance at Santa Maria Speedway on August 20th.

The partnership marks a significant step forward for both Yantis and Beilman Motorsports. For Yantis, he is able to continue to his progression as a driver, and for team owner Kyle Beilman, it allows him to step back from driving duties to focus on managing the team’s operation.
Yantis has spent the last few seasons advancing through the open wheel ranks, establishing himself in micro sprint competition before expanding into Midget racing. Earlier this month, Yantis made his first two Winged Sprint Car starts back on July 10th and 11th.
“This is the kind of opportunity I have worked toward since I started racing,” Jett Yantis said. “I am so appreciative to Kyle Beilman as well as Jimmy May for believing in me and trusting me to represent Beilman Motorsports. I am excited to put in the work, continue to develop, and win races together.”.
Beilman Motorsports will continue its partnership with Josh Ford Motorsports with Jimmy May serving as crew chief, and the team is finalizing its remaining schedule with Yantis.
“We are excited to have Jett on board,” Beilman added. “He has the talent, work ethic, and mindset we want in our program and bringing him onto the team is an excited step for all of us. We are looking forward to getting it started on Saturday night.”
Beilman Motorsports would like to thank Dave Inc., Smart Machine Tool, Inland Rigging, Smith Titanium, BP Fab, DMI, TJ Forged, and King Racing Products for their support.
ON TAP: Jett Yantis and Beilman Motorsports will be in action Saturday night at Santa Maria for USAC Western States Midget action.
