Aiden Larimer Returns To Winning Ways in Red Bluff, CA

PETERSEN MEDIA- Saturday night in Red Bluff, CA, Aiden Larimer returned to his winning ways as the youngster from Merced, CA picked up his seventh win of the season.

Timing the Cornaggia Farms/Stone Motorsports/Mark Sutton Construction backed No. 5 machine in fifth quickest in qualifying time trials, Larimer would find himself in the third row of his heat race.

Quickly racing his way to the second position, Larimer would get by the leader in lapped traffic with just two laps to go to pick up the heat race win.

Starting and finishing second in the Dash, Larimer would then turn his focus to the feature event where he would take the green flag from the third row.

Surging into the third position when the race came to life, Larimer would take part in a spirited battle with Austin Anderson for second in the running order before finally clearing his fellow competitor as he continued his march to the front.

A restart with just nine laps to go would bunch the field back up, and Larimer would take full advantage of the opportunity. Going to the top groove, Larimer would forge into the lead and never look back as he would simply leave the field in his wake.

Racing his way to another feature event win in Red Bluff, CA, the young driver has now extended his point lead to 41 markers.
