Aiden Larimer Wins Again in Red Bluff

PETERSEN MEDIA- For the second week in a row Aiden Larimer parked his Beginner Box Stock on the front stretch in Red Bluff, CA. Using some late race heroics last week, Larimer had to come from the back of the back this past Saturday to win in thrilling fashion.

With 26 Karts in the pit area, Larimer timed in fifth fastest in qualifying time trials, which lined the Cornaggia Farms/Stone Motorsports/Mark Sutton Construction backed No. 5 machine up in the third row for heat race action.

Flexing his muscles on the tight confines, Larimer was able to work his way to the top spot and score the win. Moving into the Dash, Larimer would line up on the front row and would make quick work of the field, as he was able to grab the win there as well.

Lining up sixth in the feature event, the Merced, CA driver was involved in an opening lap incident that moved him to the back of the pack. Unscathed by the misfortune, the youngster was back up to seventh in the first three laps of green flag racing.

Moving into second on lap six, Larimer was able to beat the leader back to the yellow and take the top spot. Once out in front, he was not to be denied as he picked up his second consecutive Beginner Box Stock win in Red Bluff.

Sunday saw the team make the trip back down to Chowchilla, CA to take part in the Barn Burner Series opener.

9 Box Stock Karts would check in for this event and Larimer would time in second quickest before winning his heat race. Moving into the feature event, he would line up on the front row looking for his second win of the weekend.

Running in second in the early stages of the race, Larimer would endure a mechanical failure that would bring his weekend to an end.

Larimer would like to thank Cornaggia Farms, Stone Motorsports, Great Grandma and Grandpa Rocha, Mark Sutton Construction, Pro Vinyl Graphics, Uncle Ron, Larimer Family, Margie, Nana and Papa Motorsports, T&T Racing, Doug Lockwood, De Martini Bartending, Pugliese Family, Auntie Mary Motorsports, Nana and Papa, Orozco Gates, Grandma Estell, B’s Racing, Burris Tires, and Petersen Media for their support this season.
