Big Week Nets Big Results For KSE Racing Products
PETERSEN MEDIA: The Knoxville Nationals proved to be very successful for drivers using KSE Racing Products, as both the 360 Nationals and 410 Nationals champions steered to victory lane with the help of KSE.
Kicking off the festivities in Knoxville, IA, Terry McCarl dominated the 360 Nationals. Proving it was no fluke, TMac came back on Thursday night during the 410ci Nationals and charged from his ninth starting spot to claim the preliminary night feature event with KSE Racing Products.
Shane Stewart too had a big week in Knoxville, IA. After claiming the Ironman 55 win, Stewart showed up and claimed the Capitani Classic before racing his way to the Knoxville Nationals opening night feature event win.
Brad Sweet and Lynton Jeffery also found victory lane during Iowa Speedweek as Sweet took top honors during the Front Row Challenge at the Southern Iowa Speedway, and Jeffery picked up the Speed Sport World Challenge, earning a starting spot in the Saturday night feature event by doing so.
Nobody had a bigger week than Donny Schatz. After setting quick time during his qualifying night, Schatz used his KSE Racing Products Black Series HPD Pump to charge his way from eighth to second during the preliminary night feature event. Earning the right to start on the Saturday night pole, Schatz did not disappoint as he led all 50-laps using his Black Series Gen2, and Black Series Stingray Wing Valve and Cylinder to collect his 9th Knoxville Nationals Championship.
