Brad Sweet Leads The Way During Dominant Knoxville Nationals for KSE Racing Products
PETERSEN MEDIA: With the dust settling on a busy time in Iowa, KSE Racing Products got the job done as both the Knoxville 360 Nationals and Knoxville Nationals were dominated by drivers and teams using KSE components.
On the biggest stage, Kasey Kahne Racing’s Brad Sweet was spectacular as soon as his team checked into Marion County. Sunday night Sweet would dominate the Capitani Classic, and then he would go on to win his preliminary night feature event before going toe-to-toe with Donny Schatz to score his first ever Knoxville Nationals win all with KSE Racing Products.
What made Saturday night more impressive was not only was it a podium with sweep with KSE Racing Products, but for the first time ever all 25 teams that took the green flag on Saturday night were utilizing KSE Racing Products.
From start to finish it was a monster 10-days for the company as Thomas Kennedy and Carson Macedo each won 360 Nationals prelims, before Terry McCarl took home the big prize on Saturday night for the 5th time in his career.
The Front Row Challenge and Ultimate Challenge were also won by drivers using KSE Racing Products as Kyle Larson won in Paul Silva’s entry on Monday night and Carson Macedo took top honors on Tuesday night in Tony Stewart’s personal entry.
Greg Hodnett dominated the Wednesday night show, Brad Sweet won Thursday’s show, while Logan Schuchart won the Friday feature as Dominic Scelzi was victorious during the World Challenge and earned a berth into the Saturday night finale.
