PETERSEN MEDIA: Hopping aboard a new JR1 Racecar owned by Brandon Berryman, Christopher Bell helped the new chassis company pick up their first win in their existence by way of his win at the Creek County Speedway on Thursday night, only to grab their second win on Saturday night at the Lucas Oil Speedway.
Taking part in Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour Speedweek, Bell was very strong all week long aboard Berryman’s JR1 Racecar equipped with Penske Shocks, and the JR1 Racecars Staff would like to commend him on his efforts.
In an absolutely dominating performance that saw him lap up to fifth place, Bell worked the cushion at ‘The Creek’ to perfection en route to the first ever win by any driver in a JR1 Racecar.
Saturday night Bell quickly made it two wins for JR1 Racecars, as again his machine was the class of the field.
Lining up in the seventh position, Bell’s JR1 Racecar mixed with his Penske Shocks was on a rail, as Bell hustled through the field chasing after the early leader.
On the 16th lap, Bell grabbed the lead in which he would never relinquish as he grabbed his second win of the week, and second win ever for JR1 Racecar.
