Driver of the Week: DJ Netto

Week four of the Driver Of The Week award celebrates the best show by one driver thus far in 2016. He may not have won, but everyone will remember the 2016 Mini Gold Cup at Chico’s Silver Dollar Speedway for the rim riding, hanging it out on the edge of disaster effort made by DJ Netto. Netto had fans in awe with his efforts above the cushion while showing the way versus the World Of Outlaws until circumstances out of his control led to him running out of fuel with a handful of laps to go. Simply, Netto’s effort at Silver Dollar makes race fans. For everything he did on Saturday in Chico, Netto is unanimously seen by the Dream Team as our 4th Driver Of The Week.

Honorable mentions to both Logan Schuchart and Jacob Allen of Shark Racing for their out of nowhere podium finishes the night before at Watsonville’s Ocean Speedway World of Outlaw show.
