F&F Racing and Kaleb Montgomery Set for SCCT and Placerville Speedway Action in 2022

PETERSEN MEDIA- After pairing up for the final event in the 2021 season at Stockton Dirt Track, F&F Racing has made the decision to move forward with Templeton, CA driver, Kaleb Montgomery, for the 2022 season with the primary focuses for the schedule being the Sprint Car Challenge Tour as well as weekly competition at Placerville Speedway.

“After working with the F&F Racing team at Stockton, I am extremely excited for the opportunity to join the team on a weekly basis in 2022,” Montgomery said. “Since I began racing, I have yet to chase after a track or a series championship, so I am excited to have that opportunity as well with this deal.”

No stranger to Championships, the F&F team has been a perennial Championship contender since the team came to fruition as the team has accounted for 11 track or series championships and netted 76 feature event wins.

As he alluded, Montgomery will look to make his mark with the storied team as he will compete for both his first Placerville Speedway Championship as well as the Sprint Car Challenge Tour title in 2022.

Hailing from Templeton, CA, Montgomery moved into Sprint Car racing after beginning in racing career in the lower ranks at the age of 10. Slowly getting his feet wet, Montgomery’s first few seasons saw him run scaled back schedules of just 20-races.

Continuing to learn the innerworkings of a Sprint Car as he maintained his family team, Montgomery would start to see more success as his knowledge grew and he would showcase versatility as he would compete win both winged and non-winged action and show speed in both disciplines.

2021 was a bit of a coming out party for Montgomery as he was able to pick up a pair of big wins to add to his resume as he won the 360ci portion of the Howard Kaeding Classic and was also able to pick up his first career Sprint Car Challenge Tour win in dramatic fashion at Petaluma Speedway.

“I had fun racing with the F&F team at Stockton in November and left the track that night wishing there was another Placerville race to be ran and now I will get that opportunity a lot,” Montgomery said. “Really excited for this opportunity and cannot wait to get to the track.”

F&F Racing would like to thank Bushey Financial Services, C&H Motor Parts, Lucas Oil, Geico Local Office, Econo Lube-n-Tune & Brakes, Pacific Highway Rentals, PitStopUSA, FVP, CRV Carbon Solutions, American River Overhead Door, All Pro Heads, Engler, and Don Ott Racing Engines for their support.

ON TAP: F&F Racing is TBD on their next race at the time of press.
