Kyle Larson’s Strong Midget Week Headlines Successful Run for KSE Racing Products



PETERSEN MEDIA: More and more racing continues to start taking place from coast to coast, but this past week the spotlight was on Indiana as the annual Indiana Midget Week took place, and it was a familiar name taking home a lot of hardware.

Teaming up with Tucker-Boat Motorsports for Midget Week, Kyle Larson would shine bright as he used KSE Racing Products to win 4 of the six races, and run second in the other two. By way of his near flawless week, Larson scored his first ever Indiana Midget Week Championship.

The other two USAC Midget races that Larson didn’t win also went to driver’s using KSE Racing Products making it a complete sweep as Chris Windom won at Lincoln Park Speedway, and Tanner Thorson won a thriller at Kokomo Speedway to cap the week.

The World of Outlaws were in action at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, IN over the weekend and on Friday night Carson Short used KSE Racing Products to win his first ever tour win.

Saturday night with CBS Sports Network covering the event, it was Carson Macedo stealing the show. A late restart set up a thrilling finish, and it was Macedo using his KSE Racing Products to park the Kyle Larson Racing entry in victory lane.

The King of the West Series ran their first race of the season on Saturday night and it was Indiana’s Spencer Bayston picking up his first series win during his first series start aboard the Tarlton Motorsports entry, as Aaron Reutzel scored his first Knoxville 410 win, and shared victory lane with Jamie Ball who took 360 honors.

Matt Juhl won at the Jackson Motorplex, Anthony Macri mastered Port Royal, Freddie Rahmer parked it at Lincoln Speedway, while Jack Soderman, Jr won Lernerville. Robbie Stillwagon was a URC winner, Tim Shaffer won at Attica Raceway Park, John Carney scored at West Texas Raceway as Tim Shaffer won at ‘The Ditch”, and Tyler Drueke soared at Eagle Raceway.
