Monster Winged Sprint Car Weekend On Tap at Keller Auto Speedway

Hanford, CA- After a week that featured the fire breathing USAC/CRA 410ci Sprint Cars, the Keller Auto Speedway is geared up for a two night sprint car spectacular featuring the Duinkerken Farms King of Kings 360’s on Friday night and the King of the West 410ci sprint cars on Saturday night.

After over a month off, the exciting the Duinkerken Farms winged 360’s roar back to life led by championship point leader, Cory Eliason, who has one feature event win on the season so far.

While Eliason is out front, Criag Stidham, and Michael Faccinto lurk behind him in second and third as the season draws to a close.

During the series’ most recent event, it was Lemoore, CA driver, Carson Macedo out dueling Eliason to grab his first win of the season. With the King of the West Series coming to town on Saturday night, Friday’s show is expected to be a nice mix of KWS stars as well as King of Kings drivers including the likes of Cory Eliason, Kyle Hirst, Jonathan Allard, Eric Humphries, Jace and Richard Vander Weerd, Steven Tiner, Steven Kent, DJ Netto, Dominic Scelzi, Ryan Bernal, Michael and Mitchell Faccinto and many more.

Joining the Duinkerken Farms King of Kings 360’s on Friday night will be the McCalister’s Auto IMCA Mods as well as the RaceChic IMCA Sport mods who are both coming off a week of racing last Friday night.

Friday night the pit gates are scheduled to open at 3pm while the main grandstands will open up at 5pm. Adult general admission tickets will be available for $15 while students and seniors tickets are available for $12 and kids five and under are free.

Saturday night the King of the West Series takes to the Keller Auto Speedway for the first of two visits in 2015. Coming into the Saturday night showdown, Bud Kaeding leads the way a mere 23 digits over the aforementioned Carson Macedo.

The King of the West Series has been dark since the beginning of August, and during the last series race it was Tyler Walker making his return to KWS victory lane after making a last lap pass on Kyle Hirst.

King of the West drivers that are expected to be on hand Saturday night include Kaeding, Macedo, Hirst, Walker, Jason Statler, Jonathan Allard, Dominic Scelzi, Jarrett Soares, Mitchell Faccinto, Ryan Bernal, Shane Golobic, Brent Kaeding, and many more of the regions to 410ci divers.

Saturday night the Western States RaceSaver 305’s will be in attendance along with the Mini Stocks.

The gates are scheduled to open at 430pm on Saturday night with adult general admission tickets going on sale for $20 while students and seniors tickets will be on sale for $15, and children five and under are free.

ON TAP- The Keller Auto Speedway is back in action this weekend with two great nights of racing on tap. Friday night the Duinkerken Farms King of Kings 360’s return to the track along with the McAlister’s Auto IMCA Mods, and RaceChic IMCA Sport Mods, while Saturday night the King of the West 410ci sprint cars make their first of two stops at the track this season along with the Western States RaceSaver 305’s and the Mini Stocks.
