Parker Price-Miller Experiments At Attica Raceway Park In Preparations For Ohio Speedweek

PETERSEN MEDIA- Heading to the Attica Raceway Park on Friday night to take on the World of Outlaws, and prepare for upcoming Ohio Speedweek, Parker Price-Miller had a tough night on the results sheet but is confident in what his team learned.

“We struggled a ton,” Price-Miller said. “After messing up in time trials, we were buried, and decided to start trying some things out.”

Timing in 40th quickest on the night, Price-Miller would line his PPM Titanium Products/Indy Race Parts/Keizer Wheels No. 9p machine up in the fifth row of his heat race, needing to get into the top-five to transfer to the feature event.

Going to the high-side of the speedway when the race came to life, Price-Miller quickly went to the top of the race track and made serious headway as he moved into the fourth spot. Moving to the bottom of the speedway, Price-Miller lost some ground, and slipped back to the sixth spot, where he would finish.

“I had a good run going up top, and for some reason I had a serious lapse in judgment and went to the bottom, and gave away a transfer position,” Price-Miller admitted.

Failing to transfer out of his heat race, Price-Miller found himself in the C Main where he would line up in the fourth row. Searching around the Attica Raceway Park in the C, Price-Miller would see his night come to a close as he finished in the seventh spot.

“My mistake hurt us, but at the end of the day, I learned some things as a driver, and we learned some stuff about our car on this track, which is huge with Ohio Speedweek coming up, as well as some other big races going on at Attica this summer,” Price-Miller added.

Price-Miller and his team would like to thank PPM Titanium Products, Indy Race Parts, Keizer Wheels, CSI Shocks, Select Equipment, Wesmar Racing Engines, Esslinger, and Triple X Race Components for their continued support.
