PETERSEN MEDIA: The last week in racing was made of some truly great stories. From first time winners to drivers returning from injury, victory lane was made up of countless teams running KSE Racing Products.
Enduring serious injuries from a crash in California back in September, Robert Ballou showed no signs of rust as he returned to racing this past weekend at Eldora Speedway. In his second night of action, Ballou used his KSE Racing Products to thrill the crowd and most of the sprint car world as he pulled his machine in victory lane. Friday night at Eldora Speedway, Justin Grant continued his hot season as he again parked the Sam McGhee machine in USAC victory lane.
Parker Price-Miller has gotten hot the last couple of weeks, and that was on full display during Sunday’s World of Outlaw Craftsman Sprint Car Series event. After winning with the MOWA at Tri-State Speedway on Saturday, PPM returned to the track on Sunday and defeated the Outlaws to score his first ever series win using KSE Racing Products. The ‘Greatest Show on Dirt’ was also in action at Eldora and wins would go to Donny Schatz and Logan Schuchart.
Gio Scelzi has been red hot in California, and on Saturday night he became the youngest ever King of the West Series winner as he executed a last lap, last corner pass at Placerville Speedway to win his first series race via a photo finish.
Brian Brown pocketed his second 410ci win of the year at Knoxville Raceway, Aaron Reutzel scored at Lakeside Speedway, Kerry Madsen captured the Jackson Spring Nationals, Jack Dover won at Park Jefferson Speedway, and Mark Dobmeier hoisted a case of silver at Badlands Motor Speedway after winning the Silver Shootout.
