PETERSEN MEDIA- Teaming up with Hill’s Racing and spending his weekend North of the boarder, ‘The Law Firm’ Parker Price-Miller picked up two feature event wins, and a second place finish in his three starts.
“It was a great weekend, and I have to thank everyone involved for all of their hard work,” Price-Miller said.
Friday night, Price-Miller and company were in action at the Ohsweken Speedway, where Price-Miller would start fifth in his heat race, and work his way to a second place finish.
Drawing the six in the redraw, the Kokomo, IN driver would line his No. 77 machine up in the third row for the feature event. With the bottom being very good, Price-Miller was able to make the high side work, as he found himself in the second spot by the ninth lap.
In heavy traffic, Price-Miller went back to the cushion to make a bid for the lead with time running out, and coming off of turn two, the duo would hook up in a side-by-side battle for three laps, before Price-Miller was finally able to take control of the spot, and pick up the big win.
Saturday night, the scene shifted to the Brighton Speedway, where Price-Miller would line up in the seventh spot in his heat race. Working his way toward the Top-Three, and into a redraw spot, Price-Miller would come into contact with another car spinning his machine out, and he would slip back to sixth, as his machine also encountered nose wing damage.
Working back to finish in the fourth spot, Price-Miller would miss out on the redraw, but would still line the Hill’s Racing entry up in the fifth row of the main event. Quickly getting up to the seventh position, Price-Miller went to work on sixth place, and it took a little longer than he would have liked, as he finally got the spot on the 14th lap.
In the next handful of laps, Price-Miller was able to flex his muscle and work into the second spot, just before a late caution put him on the leader’s rear bumper. The final few laps saw Price-Miller try to change his line to get the win, but he would ultimately settle for a second place finish.
Sunday night saw a very busy weekend come to close in fine fashion. Winning his heat race from the third row, ‘The Law Firm’ would pull the four pill and line up for the feature event in the second row.
Working his way into the second position, Price-Miller would then find a tricky bottom groove to his liking, and he was able to take command of the race on the ninth lap.
Though a few cautions flags would slow the race, an take Price-Miller’s lead away, he would not let that deter him, as he raced his way to his second win of the weekend, and fourth overall for the 2015 season.
“We were awesome every time we hit the track over the weekend,” Price-Miller added. “The entire family and team was a pleasure to work with, and I cannot thank them enough for the opportunity they provided me over the weekend.”
Price-Miller and his team would like to thank PPM Titanium Products, Indy Race Parts, Keizer Wheels, CSI Shocks, Select Equipment, Wesmar Racing Engines, Esslinger, and Triple X Race Components for their continued support.
