(PETERSEN MEDIA- Aptos, CA)- For the second time this season, the Wingless Series Presented by Joe Hunt Magnetos make it’s season debut at a new track as the stars and cars invade the Ocean Speedway on Saturday night during the 5th Annual Howard Kaeding Classic as they again share the stage with the King of the West Series.

Since moving under the Prentice Motorsports Group banner in 2015, the Wingless Series Presented by Joe Hunt Magnetos has continued to grow in popularity as much of the season has been ran alongside the ever popular King of the West and Civil War Series’ respectively, as the series continues to run in front of new faces on a nightly basis.

After making their debut at the Calistoga Speedway back in April, the series takes to a new market on Saturday night as the hit the always racy Ocean Speedway located on the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds for what will be the first of two stops this season.

Through five exciting events thus far in 2015, Brentwood, CA driver Colton Slack leads the series into battle on Saturday night. With a win already under his belt, Slack holds a slim 13-point lead over second running, Gary Nelson, Jr.

The aforementioned Nelson, Jr is hungry for his first win of the season coming into Saturday’s event fresh off of a pair of podium finishes. Spending much of his career running at the Ocean Speedway, the San Jose, CA driver is primed to pick up one of the biggest races on the series’ schedule on Saturday night.

Other drivers expected to be on hand Saturday night include Tommy Laliberte, Shane Myhre, Klint Simpson, Nick Larson, Zach Kavert, Shawn Jones, Bradley and John Clark, Austin Liggett and many more.
