PETERSEN MEDIA: In 2026, Hammes Motorsports is pleased to welcome a new primary marketing partner to their team; New Edge Contractors Inc as both Dawson and Carson Hammes are geared up for a busy season ahead.

New Edge Contractors Inc is a national full-service construction management and resource management firm, supporting construction project owners from design concept through project completion.

“We are super thankful to have support from New Edge Contractors Inc.,” Dawson Hammes said. “They are a great group of people, and I am excited for what this partnership will allow our program to do during the year ahead.”

In 2025, the Hammes Motorsports team set their focus on the Sprint Car Challenge Tour slate, which saw the team travel the state of CA, and even raced into Washington and Oregon during the series’ Summer Speedweek.

With 2026 getting started in the coming weeks, the team will again follow the Sprint Car Challenge Tour slate, and has plans to compete at Placerville Speedway when the traveling series is idle.

‘Anytime you get a big sponsor on board, it is a big deal,” Carson Hammes said. “I am excited to have the New Edge Contractors team on our side because not only will it be a huge asset for our team, it will allow us to grow the way we want to and race a lot more this season”
