PETERSEN MEDIA: As the season comes to a close in the United States, KSE Racing Products is pleased to see so many teams hoist championship hardware from coast to coast.
Saturday night the winged sprint car season came to a close in California, and when the dust settled it was a pair of drivers claiming series championships. For the ninth time in his career, Andy Forsberg was able to the claim the Civil War Series title, and for the third time in his career, Kyle Hirst was crowned King of the West.
While those two celebrated a season long accomplishment, the two feature events at the Stockton Dirt Track went to drivers using KSE Racing Products, as Jason Meyers scored his first career Civil War Series win, and Tim Kaeding won a thrilling King of the West feature.
Chris Windom was simply dominant at the Western World Championships. Windom used his KSE Racing Products to sweep the opening night event with the 360 and 410, and backed it up by winning the 410 finale on Saturday night while Brady Bacon took 360ci honors.
