Money, Prizes, and Prestige On The Line at This Weekend’s Sanders Motorsports Barn Burner Kart Natio

PETERSEN MEDIA: After the big Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday, the attention shifts to a massive weekend of Outlaw Kart racing in Chowchilla, CA, as the Sanders Motorsports Barn Burner Kart Nationals are slated for ‘The Barn’ Friday-Sunday night with tons of money, and prizes up for grabs.

Friday night kicks the action off with practice at ‘The Barn’, giving teams one final shot at getting dialed in before the big show. The Black Friday Test and Tune Session will see the gates open at 2pm, with practice sessions soon to follow.

Saturday night the curtain goes up on the Kart Nationals Night No. 1 Presented by Bothello Farms and Burris Racing. The gates are scheduled to open at 9am, with the drivers meeting slated for Noon. As always, all drivers are to be signed in and in attendance for this.

The night of racing will have big money up for grabs as the Box Stocks, 500 Opens, and Clones will all offer a cool $500 to the each feature event winner.

Sunday night’s Championship Night presented by B&B Racing Engines, and QRC Karts is chalk full of goodies. The gates will open earlier on this day as they are scheduled to open at 7am, with the drivers meeting taking place promptly at 10AM.

The Box Stock Champion will take home $500, while the 500 Opens, and Clones feature winners will each take home a cool $1000.

The Opens and Clones will also have a pole shuffle and the 500 Opens winner will take home $100 courtesy of Mullet Media as well as a Full Kart Wrap courtesy of Tim Cecil and Bar’d Up Race Wraps. The Clones Pole Shuffle winner will pocket $100 from Evan Sanders Racing, and will also receive a Kart Wrap from Tim Cecil and Bar’d Up Race Wraps.

Other cool prizes that will be up for grabs are custom Barn Burner Kart Nationals Trophies that are courtesy of Pro Vinyl Custom Graphics, and Sparks & Sawdust Custom Metal Work.

S&T Farms, and JB Motorsports also came up big with added money for the Box Stock Class over the weekend.

Fans, and competitors can also grab some of the latest Barn Burner Series merchandise this weekend as the Race Chic trailer will be on hand with all kinds of merchandise in stock.

Entry fees for this weekend are $60 for non members and $50 for members each day. Friday practice is $25 for Kart/Driver and $10 for Spectators.

Free Saturday Entry has been awarded to Red Bluff Winners Carson Stephens, Connor Grasty, Daniel Whitley, Jesse Colwell, and Kris Renaud, as well as to Facebook contest winner, Joey Brasil.
