Sean Becker 8th As NARC Returns to Action
PETERSEN MEDIA- Saturday night, Sean Becker and the Bjork Motorsports team returned to life as the NARC schedule resumed and the team picked up an eighth-place finish in Tulare, CA.
“Brad Bumgarner did a great job, and gave me a great car in the feature event, Sean Becker said. “Unfortunately, the last couple of restarts didn’t go as planned as I slipped back a few spots.”
Round two of the 2026 NARC slate saw the series take to Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare, CA and with 29 cars checked into the pit area, Becker timed in 11th fastest in time trials.
Taking the green flag for his heat race in the second row, Becker picked up a spot as his second-place finish transferred him directly into the 30-lap feature event.
Lining up eighth in the feature event, Becker was able to pick up a handful of spots over the first five laps as he worked his way up to fourth. Once in fourth, Becker was amidst some chaotic three and four wide action as he battled inside the Top-10 with some of the region’s top drivers.
Continuing to run strong in sixth, a couple of late restarts saw the Roseville, CA driver give up a pair of positions late in the race as he slipped back to eighth, where he went on to finish.
“Though we lost a couple of spots in the feature, I am really happy with the speed we have had in these first couple of feature events and cant wait to get up to Chico, CA next week for the Mini Gold Cup.”
