Landon Brooks and Hamilton Racing Set For Busy Slate in 2026
PETERSEN MEDIA: In 2026, Rio Osso, CA’s Landon Brooks will again be behind the wheel of the Hamilton Racing No. 21L with car owners Roger and Lori Hamilton as the team will set their primary focus on the NARC Championship.
With an organizational change coming near the end of 2025, the team moved its equipment to Chico, CA where it will be under the care of Steven Tiner and Kyle Hirst at Tiner Hirst Ent. The duo will continue to handle the day to day, and raceday operations for the team and hope to build off the instant success they saw in the final races of last season.
“I am really excited to be back with Roger and Lori Hamilton in 2026, and I am super excited for the schedule we have put together, “ Landon Brooks said. “I think it will be super fun to compete for the NARC Championship, and to have Steven Tiner and Kyle Hirst in my corner again, I am extremely confident in what we can achieve.”
The Tiner/Hirst/Brooks combo is tried and true. Back in 2023, Brooks piloted the THE house car to four victories and came into his own as a winged sprint car driver. Reuniting at the end of 2025, they picked up where they left off as they won the Mark Forni Classic at Placerville Speedway, and backed that up with a win during the opening night of the Fall Nationals at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, CA.
Looking forward to a full season together, the excitement is equal out of the Tiner Hirst Ent. shop, as work continues in preparation for the NARC opener in one months time at Merced Speedway.
“Steven and I are super grateful that Roger and Lori Hamilton chose us to be a part of their race team,” Kyle Hirst said. “It is really cool to be paired back up with Landon Brooks and continue to work with such a young and talented driver. I am probably as excited for this season as I used to get when I was behind the wheel, and with all that is happening with 410ci racing in CA it really is great timing and something special to be a part of.”
As for Tiner, he too expressed his excitement for the season ahead.
“Heading into 2026, I am super excited to be surrounded by great people and I am looking forward to continuing to work with Roger and Lori Hamilton and their race team,” Steven Tiner said. “I am a firm believer that if you surround yourself with great people then great things will happen, and the Hamilton family has built a great race team. I am so excited that we get to continue to work with such a young and talented driver in Landon Brooks. Kyle and I have had success with him in the past, and we are both excited to see how much he can continue to progress and achieve success.”
Aside from the NARC Championship chase, the Lippert Construction/Tiner Hirst Ent./Mozingo Construction backed No. 21L will also be in action at 11 Sprint Car Challenge Tour events, including the series’ Speedweek through the Northwest, as well as all six High Limit events later this Summer, and will also take part in the Trophy Cup as well as the Fall Nationals.
“Honestly, I really feel like this is a dream team,” Brooks added. “Roger and Lori Hamilton are amazing car owners and great friends, Steven and Kyle are really good at what they do and we have had so much success together, and to add that in with some awesome partners including Dave Lippert, and Dan Ewart and you can’t help but be excited. We all have great relationships and that makes it extremely fun and definitely helps lead to success.”
