PETERSEN MEDIA: With the ‘Month of Money’ off and running, KSE Racing Products are helping drivers cash in, as Donny Schatz led a KSE Racing Products sweep during King’s Royal Weekend.
The highly renowned event got off to a wet start on Thursday night as rain delayed to start to the Joker’s Wild preliminary night. Kerry Madsen flexed his muscle in the feature event as he simply dominated en route to the win. Friday night would see Christopher Bell flex his muscle in the Tony Stewart Racing No. 14 entry, and on Saturday night Schatz was crowned King with the help of KSE Racing Products.
Just as the champion of Ohio and PA Speedweek chose KSE Racing Products, Kevin Thomas, Jr added another Speedweek title to the list as the Cullman, AL driver had a strong showing during Indiana Sprintweek, and was crowned Champion on Sunday night.
Lucas Wolfe took top honors at Susquehanna Speedway, as Aaron Reutzel was best at Black Hills Speedway with the ASCS National Tour. Spencer Bayston and Tanner Thorson made is a Keith Kunz Motorsports sweep as they each won at Valley Speedway with the POWRi Midgets.
Rico Abreu was thrilling on Sunday night at Mansfield Speedway as he used some late race heroics to grab the win. Carson Macedo used KSE Racing Products to park the Gaerte/Norman No. 3g machine in victory lane with the MOWA on two occasions over the weekend as Kyle Hirst won in Watsonville, CA, Tim Kaeding won in Jackson, MN and Mark Dobmeier parked it in Knoxville, IA.
