PETERSEN MEDIA- With the Summer in full force, that means the Gold Cup Race of Champions in Chico, CA is looming and standout Sean Becker is currently seeking an opportunity to run with the World of Outlaws at Silver Dollar Speedway on September 6thand 7th.
Growing up at the Silver Dollar Speedway and winning his lone World of Outlaws feature event there a few years ago, this event is one that Becker strives to compete in year after year.
Becker is no stranger to Silver Dollar Speedway, in fact he is coming off of a big 4thof July win just one week ago giving him 63 career triumphs at the facility, and looks to continue to gain form with some huge races coming to the Speedway.
Aside from the Gold Cup Race of Champions, Becker is also open to competing in Silver Dollar Speedway’s leg of King of the West Speedweek on August 22ndin the lone 410 tune-up race leading up to the Gold Cup.
With the Outlaws hanging around Northern California the week following Gold Cup, Becker is also eager to take part in Brad Sweet’s 49er Gold Rush Classic at Placerville Speedway on September 11th, a track he has also scored numerous victories at.
Understanding that opportunities can be sparce this late in the year, Becker is hopeful that his resume will get him a look and hopefully get him a seat to compete in these upcoming events.
