PETERSEN MEDIA: Jac Haudenschild and his Destiny Motorsports team hit the Attica Raceway Park for a pair of races, and when the dust settled on Saturday night, Haudenschild had earned two Top Ten finishes.

With the action getting underway on Friday night, Haudenschild timed the MonDak Portables/Renegade Rentals/Rick Rogers Construction machine in 18th fastest.

Starting second in his heat race, the Wooster, OH driver would finish in the fourth spot, putting his Destiny Motorsports No. 9w machine in the eighth row for the 30-lap main event.

When the race went green, Haudenschild was electrifying from the eighth row, as he found traction on the high-side of the speedway as he worked his way towards the Top-10.

On the seventh lap, Haudenschild found himself in the ninth spot when the caution flew. Getting as high as the eighth spot during the race, Haudenschild raced hard with Dale Blaney and Chis Andrews during the closing laps, and would ultimately end Friday night by crossing the stripe with a ninth place finish.

Back in action on Saturday night, Haudenschild and company struggled a bit in time trials, as a 27th quick effort, lined ‘The Wild Child’ up in the fourth row of his heat race.

Overcoming an early spin, Haudenschild would battle back to score a fifth place finish, putting him directly into the night’s 40-lap feature event, though he had his work cut out for him as he started in the 22nd spot.

From the back of the pack, Haudenschild showed the crowd he had a great car as he worked his way through the field in exciting fashion.

Working all around the Attica Raceway Park, Haudenschild was able to gain positions at will, as his machine seemed to make ground anywhere he put it.

Using a couple of late restarts to his advantage, Haudenschild was able to sneak into the top-10, as he ended his weekend with an 8th place finish as he earned the event’s Hard Charger honors.

Destiny Motorsports would like to thank MonDak Portables, Benic Enterprises, Rick Rogers Construction, Renegade Rentals, Triple X Race Components, Boss Signs and Graphics, Rens Trucking, Driver Websites, Petersen Media, Tony Stewart Racing, GME Manufacturing, ButlerBuilt, Simpson Race Products, Kistler Engines, Keizer Wheels, DMI, Red Devil Brakes, Champion Oil, and Hoosier Tire for their support in 2014.
